Okay Ladies! Let's picture that we are dealing with a ladder that has 7 rings! It might seem short but let's picture it as if it's really long! The 7th ring will be the highest and of course the 1st ring will be the lowest! Let's start with this, HIGH and LOW...High will represent HIGH SELF ESTEEM and Low will represent LOW SELF ESTEEM! I created a self-esteem chart but using the ladder as a metaphor...Us WOMEN being at the bottom but climbing to the TOP :) I have also added some scriptures to help better explain and also encourage you! Okay let's begin...(Remember starting from the bottom)

BOTTOM OF THE LADDER: Suicide, guilt, blame, LOW SELF-ESTEEM, lack of confidence, insecurity, depression, fear, rejection & withdrawal from people.

1ST RUNG: Believing that you are valuable in the eyesight of GOD & other's. (Psalms 139:14)

2ND: See through satanic traps of "Self-hate" and constant negative thoughts (2 Cori. 2:11)

3RD: Release the fears, hurts and failures of the PAST. (Rom 8:1, Eccl 1:11)

4TH: See yourself as successful & blessed. (Psalms 29:11)

5TH: Start thinking about your goals and the many ways you would like to be successful. (Proverbs 29:18)

6TH: You finally begin to feel the LOVE from God & people who genuinely care about you.
You also begin to feel secure within yourself and the void is filled.

7TH TOP OF THE LADDER: High SELF-ESTEEM, wholeness, self-acceptance, empowerment, productivity, virtuous & successful :)

LADIES: Arguing, bickering, fighting... etc. Is not cool at all. Let's be wise enough to pick our battles & the one's we choose...Let's be smart enough to know how to handle them. Communication is the KEY, arguing is NOT!

Being the first woman who had NO sin, EVE was pure and holy with the divine image unimpaired. Yet, she became the world's 1st sinner, introduced sin to this world and was separated from GOD. Although she was created in the image of GOD, she chose to exercise her own pleasing will. For doing so she encountered GOD'S JUSTICE but also his GRACE! She was the 1st to fall and RISE back up again! Now we are the chosen generation of WOMEN who have fallen but called to RISE up. We have been specifically called from out of darkness and into the marvelous light to become COMPLETE within ourselves and allowing time to build our personal self-esteem, restore ALL that is lost and bring back to it's original state, heal wombs form our past hurts & failures, walk in the steps that are ordered for us and to accept our past and DECLARE the future so that we may walk in EVERLASTING VICTORY EVERYDAY!
